Dear Prime Minister Rudd,

I wanted to let you know I very much support your recent work. You are encouraging us to stimulate the economy by spending, and I’ve really taken this on board.

I didn’t vote for you so this letter really is a big step for me. I still do think there is something quite special about Mr Turnbull, he’s alluring somehow. It might just be all his talk about tax cuts that I find appealing though. Or his well cut suits.

I’m hoping that one day I might get to see part of what you’ve committed to the economy, and if I do, I hereby solemnly declare that I will spend it all (on shoes and clothes).

I’ve got a shopping list already – being prepared is important when it comes to something as serious as the economy.
